The Seagate is an intimate vacation rental property on the Caribbean island of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands. We are located just steps from the world renowned Grace Bay beach and the best snorkeling on the island.

The residences are ideally located near the famous Grace Bay Beach and Princess Alexandra National Park. Here, you can dive into exhilarating snorkeling excursions amid some of the most vibrant coral reefs and diverse marine life in the world. This central location is steps from the beautiful aqua blue serene ocean.

The Seagate offers guests a tranquil retreat with breathtaking views and a warm, welcoming ambiance.
