Plan your stay
Book direct, and arrive known.
How to reserve, what the property's published policies say, and the people who will meet you at check-in.
01 How to book
Three ways, all of them direct.
The Seagate takes its own reservations. Availability, nightly rates and occupancy are held in the property's own system, which is where the buttons below go.
Reserve online
Choose a residence and your dates in the property's own reservation system, and confirm your stay there.
Check dates on the official booking site (opens in a new tab)Call the team
To speak with a member of the team about a residence, a date, or a group taking more than one, call either number.
For questions the booking form cannot answer — combined residences, pantry delivery, or arrival times — write to the property directly.

02 Guidelines & policy
What you are agreeing to.
Reproduced from The Seagate's published guidelines and cancellation policy, so nothing a guest reads here differs from the terms of the booking.
03 Who looks after you
A small property, run by people.
The Seagate is owned by Daniel and Kimberly DiDonato. At check-in a Guest Experience Representative greets you, gives you a tour of the villa, and answers any questions you have.
04 Contact
Get in touch.
This is a design demonstration built for The Seagate. Every fact on it — residence names and counts, amenities, policies, address, telephone numbers, email and booking links — was taken from theseagate.com and the property's own reservation system on 11 September 2026. Where the official site is silent, this site is silent: there are no nightly rates, guest counts, star ratings, reviews or awards on it, because none are published.
